Started with a simple observation.
Synthovolt was founded in December 2025 with a clear-eyed view of what was missing: technology companies that build complete, production-grade systems rather than half-finished MVPs — and that serve the full spectrum of a business's needs, not just one narrow slice.
Most Nigerian schools still manage fees in notebooks and WhatsApp groups. Most businesses lose days of productivity to power cuts. Most institutions that want to adopt AI can't find a local partner who understands both the technology and the terrain.
Synthovolt was built to close that gap. We started with software — launching Kundi for school management and KudiFlow for merchant payments — and we're expanding into renewable energy and deep technology as the company grows.
We're early. But we're moving fast, we're formally registered, and we're building things that people actually use.

No 'we'll clean it up later.' Everything we build is designed to scale, monitored from launch, and maintained properly. Our clients deserve systems that won't need a rewrite in 18 months.
Radical honesty
We tell clients when something won't work, when a timeline is unrealistic, or when a different solution would serve them better. Trust is harder to rebuild than a deal is to close.
Ownership, not hand-offs
One team designs, builds, deploys, and supports. The person who writes the code is accountable for it running. That accountability produces better software.
Nigeria-first thinking
We design for Nigerian infrastructure — unreliable power, patchy internet, diverse languages, local regulation. Solutions that only work under ideal conditions aren't solutions.
